Why I write a 'Praise List' (to jack me up and boost my biz)

We're not talking about praising Jesus in this one, though by all means, you may.

We're talking about writing a 'Praise List' - listing all your positive accolades, reviews, testimonials, awards, credentials to refer to for boosting mood, self-belief and your sense of value and use to promote your business.

If I feel down and confused about what I bring to the world, I refer to this list and immediately get flooded with life again.
