Make saying NO to bad habits a GIFT (make it easy)

Here's how to make changing bad habits, whether it's porn, smoking, sugar, watching too much tv, and saying no to things you know you 'shouldn't' do, much easier.

Self-discipline is mostly about HOW you think about things.

Thinking in a way that makes behaviour easy is key.

It's never easy to start, but it does not have to be torment, when you think about it in the way I speak about it here.

Applies to every time we need to decide between short-term pleasure or long-term gain.
