Do more of what makes you feel weird

…or self-conscious. This is a sign you are moving away from the crowd. It is also a ripe place to deepen your self-confidence.

Thoughts welcome below. I hope to do more films like this that bring in higher quality footage, and varied videos of the worlds I am currently inhabiting. In this case, it's Krakow, Poland.

A review from my latest book, Illusory:

“This book is the perfect mix of brevity and impact. Mental health is a crowded area and what was refreshing here was Alex's ability to cut through the noise and cliche and get straight to the point.

Focusing on a small group of key principles, its nicely paced, well-articulated and had me making copious notes / highlighting specific passages as I went along.

Alex crams a lot into a relatively short book but that's the reason I would recommend it so highly. I found myself re-reading sections again and again, taking something different from it each time.

Definitely a book to recommend to others and to reflect on often.”
