A successful life is filled with uncomfortable conversations

Stack those awkward conversations up like GOLD bars.

Be bold and take risks.

Not taking risks and not regularly getting up in someone's face (with good intentions) is THE risk.

You must get out there.

More so if you define yourself as an introvert, because the excuse is there - go yonder - do it in a way that suits you.

There is tremendous power in accumulating those confrontational, awkward, rejection-risking conversations.
